Walter Pitts

A graveside service for Walter Pitts will be held at 2 pm on Friday, July 18, 2025 at Clear Lake Cemetery near Goldonna, LA.  A procession will leave Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home in Natchitoches at 1:30 pm on Friday.

He was born on December 19, 1961 to Billy Thomas Pitts and Gladys Kieffer Linder in Madrid, Spain.  He was preceded in death by his father.  He is survived by his mother, Gladys Linder; a daughter, Tammy Lynn Sangster; a sister, Brenda White and her husband Gene; a brother, Shawn Pitts; and a long-time companion and closest friend, Debra Gaddis.

Walter was a gifted auto mechanic with a talent for working on high-end cars. Whether under the hood or on the open road, he poured his heart into everything he did. He also had a deep love for motorcycles and music, passions that reflected his adventurous spirit and independent soul. Walter will be remembered for his adventurous heart, love of the open road, and the way he lived life on his own terms.
