Obituary

Todd Anthony Neitte, born on June 7, 1967, in Natchitoches, Louisiana, passed away on August 20, 2026, after a brief illness. His life was a testament to dedication, kindness, and love for family.

Todd was the beloved son of Howard Neitte and Sue Ivy Neitte, who survive him. A proud graduate, he earned his Bachelor's in Education, laying the foundation for a career defined by service to others. For many years, Todd worked as a teacher and coach within Natchitoches Parish Schools and Grant Parish Schools. In these roles, he inspired countless students and athletes, imparting not only knowledge and skills but also confidence and values that extended far beyond the classroom or playing field.

Family meant everything to Todd. He was a great father to his son, Tristan Neitte, and daughter, Tori Morgan. His children’s spouses, Grace and Austin, were welcomed with warmth into his family. Todd’s legacy of love and support continues through his grandchildren: Steele Morgan, Palmer Morgan, and Hudson Neitte. He cherished each moment spent with his family.

Todd’s zest for life was evident in the things he enjoyed. A passionate football fan, he delighted in cheering on the Chicago Bears. He found relaxation and satisfaction in detailing his cars, revealing a meticulous side, and in his spare time, he could often be found on the golf course, valuing the relationships he made while playing golf.

Those fortunate enough to have known Todd will remember him not only for his accomplishments and interests, but for his gentle spirit and big heart. He was always available to help his family and friends in their time of need. Todd Neitte’s presence will be deeply missed, but the memories he created and the impact he made will endure for generations to come.

A graveside service will be held at 10 AM on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at Dry Prong Cemetery in Dry Prong, LA.
