Ruby Tamara Balthazar

Visitation for Ruby Tamara Balthazar will be held from 1 pm until 2 pm on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home with recitation of the Holy Rosary to begin at 2 pm. Burial will follow at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery in Cloutierville, LA. Ruby, 56 years of age and a resident of Natchitoches, passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2022 in Coushatta, LA. She was born on January 3, 1966 to Louis Warrant Balthazar and Ruby Mae LaCour Balthazar in Chicago, IL. She worked for many years as a phlebotomist and as a CRN in the healthcare system. She was a loving sister and aunt and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Pamela Ann Johnson of Rock Hill, SC, Marsha Shayne Remo of Natchitoches, La., Laura Faye Tyler of Natchitoches, LA; her nephews and nieces that she loved dearly, Christopher Cordero of Hawaii., Samantha Ellison and husband James of South Carolina, Clint Jackson Tyler of Natchitoches, La., Samson Teddy McWherter of Chicago, Il., and Dawn'te Damian Metoyer of Natchitoches; an aunt, Rosalie Monette; as well as numerous great nieces, great nephews and cousins She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Warrant Balthazar and Ruby Mae LaCour Balthazar; and a nephew, Miguel Raoul Garcia.
