Robert Paul Taylor, born January 6, 1954, in Flint, Michigan to Bonnie Sue Jones Taylor and Jerry Monroe Taylor, passed away on September 5, 2026, in Natchitoches, Louisiana.

Robert lived a life marked by hard work and service. He worked as a truck driver for many years, a career that reflected his steady nature and strong work ethic. He was also a proud U.S. Navy Seabee veteran, and his military service remained an important part of his life.

He will be remembered with love by his brothers, James Kerry, Roy Kerry, and John Kerry. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him and peace to those who loved him.  He was preceded in death by his father Jerry Monroe Taylor and his mother Bonnie Sue Taylor Kerry.

A graveside service to bury his urn at Emmanuel Cemetery in Chopin, LA will be announced at a later date.
