Funeral services for Rebecca Lynn Garcie will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Fern Park Cemetery in Natchitoches. Visitation will be held from 5 pm until 8 pm on Friday the 27th at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Becky, 64 years of age and a resident of Natchitoches, passed away on November 23, 2020. She was born on June 15, 1956 to Earl and Doris Banes Morvan in Natchitoches. She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Travis Garcie; and a sister Donna VanWormer. She is survived by her daughter, Marty Garcie; grandchildren, Tiffany Layfield and Caiden Garcie; great grandchildren, Emorie, Elijah, and Marilyn Layfied; a sister, Betty Gail Morvan; and brothers, Eric Morvan and his wife Betty and Earl Morvan, Jr. and wife Gail.
