After moving from Texas to Natchitoches, Louisiana in his teens, Raymond spent 45 years in Natchitoches, where he became a cherished friend and colleague during his remarkable 44-year career in the papermill industry. He formed deep connections with countless coworkers, many of whom became lifelong friends.

Raymond's passions were as vast as his heart. He found joy in hunting, fishing, and traveling, but his ultimate love was for his family and God. A man of tremendous faith, he faced life’s challenges with unwavering trust in God’s mercy and grace. His commitment to sharing the word of Jesus Christ inspired those around him, and he touched many lives by living his witness.

We invite you to join us in celebrating Raymond’s life. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 6:00 PM at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home, where Brother Bill Hudson will officiate.
