"Pixie" Cora Lynn Woods/Coldiron

“Pixie” Cora Lynn Woods/Coldiron, age 66, passed away peacefully in her home early Sunday morning, July 3, 2022. She is survived by son, James Daniel Collier, and wife, Melissa Ann Collier, daughter, Jessica Lynn Cason, daughter, Julia Amber Bamburg, and husband, James (Jimmy) Bamburg, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, brother, Elray Woods, and sister, Jack Moxley, companion and friend, Gary Swayze. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Archie and Alma Woods, granddaughter, Haley Nicole Cason, sisters, Betty Grey, Martha Smith, Ann Danzy, brothers, Johnny Woods, Bud Woods, and Jimmy Woods. Pixie was born on October 11, 1955 the youngest of nine children she always seemed to find a way to make those around her laugh. She passed ona love for life and laughter in everyone she met. Just being around her made you feel good and at peace, she will be forever missed. Pixie loved life, her family, and great food. In celebration of her love for food her memorial will include some of her favorites at “the old place” on lake just as she requested. We can’t wait to share a table with you in the presence of God.
