Patricia Adams Holland

A service to honor the life of Mrs. Patricia Adams Holland will be held at 11 am on Friday, February 12, 2021, at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home with Bro. Warren Bennett officiating. Burial will follow at Bellwood Cemetery in Bellwood, LA. The family will receive friends from 10 am until service time on the 12th at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Patricia Holland passed away on Tuesday, February 9, 2021. She was born on June 19, 1935 to Ray and Jennie Moss Adams. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lester Holland; a daughter, Charlene Holland; sons, Duane Holland and Gregory Holland; sister, Lawanda Holland; and a brother, Harry Adams. Patricia’s greatest joy on earth was caring for her family. She and her husband enjoyed gardening and loved sharing the fruits of their labor from that garden with family and friends. She was so very proud of the accomplishments of her family. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Shivers and husband Lawney; a daughter in law, Casandra Holland; grandchildren, Tanya Williamson, Sonya Grigg, Lawna Afong, and Shaun Shivers; six great-grandchildren, Chase Holland, Forrest Grigg, Adrian Grigg, Cheyenne Machek, Abigail Afong, Lexi Afong, and Cary Light; and 7 great-great grandchildren.
