Miguel Raoul Garcia

A Mass of Christian Burial for Miguel Raoul Garcia will be held at 11 am Saturday, March 6, 2021, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church with Rev. Christian Ogbonna serving as celebrant. Burial will follow at St. John the Baptist Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10 am until time of Mass on March 6th at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Cloutierville, LA. Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Damian Metoyer, Jackson Tyler, Danny Gallien, Randy Gallien, Samson McWherter, and Victor Arroyo. Raoul, 45 years of age, passed away on February 23, 2021. He was born on December 1, 1975 to Miguel Garcia and Laura Balthazar in Chicago, IL. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents, Louis W. Balthazar and Ruby LaCour Balthazar. He is survived by his mother, Laura Balthazar; children, Geovannie Garcia, Geonie Garcia, Ezekiel Alexandra Garcia, and Michael Garcia; and his brothers, Sam McWherter and Dawnte Metoyer.
