Marlyne Carter Russell

Marlyne Russell, 67 years of age and a resident of Black Lake, LA passed away on May 30, 2020, in Alexandria, LA. She was born on August 26, 1952 to Clovis Carter and Lovie Franks Carter in Natchitoches. She was preceded in death by a son, Brandon Russell. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Paul Russell; daughters Kimberly Ann Davis and Traci Russell; grandchildren, Kaylie Russell, Krista McCart, Shelley McCart, Adrian Davis, and Ayden LeBrun; great-grandchildren, Tristan Hammond, Caleb Hammond, Dustin Pickett, and Elizabeth Jordan. Marlyne was a loving wife, mother and Maw-Maw to her grandchildren. She loved spending time with her family that brought her so much joy in life. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her. A service to celebrate her life will be announced at a later date.
