Leonard Earl Thomasee

Leonard Earl Thomasee, 80 years of age and a resident of Provencal, passed away on December 11, 2021 in Alexandria, LA. He was born on October 10, 1941 to Morris and Emma Vercher Thomasee in Natchitoches, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Ruby McCoy and Elaine Jones. Leonard is survived by his wife of 27 years, Debra McDonald Thomasee; two daughters, Pam Martin, of Las Vegas, NV and her children, Kelsey Martin Bland and Kaelyn Martin; and Sherrie Davis and her husband Josh, of Natchitoches, LA. Leonard was a graduate of Northwestern State University. He spent 2 ½ years serving his country in the Navy and then retired after 20 years serving in the Army as a medic. After retiring from the military, he served in a different capacity and retired from Child Support Enforcement. He enjoyed playing cards with his friends and family and cooking and grilling for events at Antoons. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Johnny Antoon Scholarship Fund at Northwestern State University.
