Lana Frank Scott

It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our loving and devoted mother and friend, Lana Frank Scott, age 79. Lana was born in Natchitoches, LA and preceded in death by her parents Webbie Francis Frank and Katherine Bell Frank, as well as the love of her life Terry Scott, Sr. Lana is finally at peace after a long battle with Alzheimers. She lived a vivacious life full of grace, beauty and love. She was an anchor to her husband and children, Terry Scott, Jr. and Raike Scott. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Lana loved spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals. Classy and elegant, she was the utmost gracious hostess with her sense of style and sophistication being reflected in all she did. Lana always paid the highest attention to detail in every pursuit. always taking pride in her appearance, home and family. Lana is survived by her children, Terry Scott, Jr. of Natchitoches, LA and Raike Scott of Shreveport, LA. Her sister, Diana Frank of Natchitoches, LA, and a host of grandchildren and greatgrandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. She will be missed by all. Visitation will be held at Blanchard St Denis in Natchitoches, LA on Tuesday July 5, 2022, from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, with the recitation of the Rosary at 6:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at The Minor Basilica of the Immaculate Conception with Father Louis Sklar officiating. Burial will be in Memory Lawn Cemetery in Natchitoches under the direction of Blanchard St Denis Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Gary DeBlieux, Robbie Anderson, Jimmy DeBlieux, Tony Khoury, Paul Khoury and Ed Gerring.
