Joseph Earl LaCour, Sr.

Joseph Earl LaCour Sr. was born in Natchitoches on April 4, 1935 to Peter D. LaCour (Papa Tig) and Oralean Metoyer LaCour (Mama Lean) He gained his heavenly wings on January 30, 2022 and joins his parents and siblings Richard, Maurice, Francis, Bernadine, Loretta, and Henry in Heaven. Left to cherish his memories is his twin brother Earvin LaCour; one sister-in-law, Josephine LaCour; his 4 children Earl Jr., Chris, Edward and Karen; grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He was loved and will be missed by all of us. A mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 10:00 am at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. The family will receive friends for a visitation at the church from 9:00 am until 9:30 am with a recitation of the Rosary at 9:30. Burial will follow at Memory Lawn Cemetery.
