Jeremy Wayne Procell passed away on September 17, 2026, at the age of 46. Born on June 20, 1980, Jeremy will be remembered as a one-of-a-kind man whose sense of humor brought laughter to those around him and whose deep love for his family was constant and unmistakable. He was someone people could count on, both for a smile and for steadfast love.

Jeremy spent 27 years working as a manager, beginning at Campus Corner, and his last job was with Smoothie King. His long career reflected dedication and a strong work ethic. Outside of work, he enjoyed playing and calling bingo, a pastime that suited his outgoing spirit and his gift for bringing people together.

Family meant everything to Jeremy. He was preceded in death by his father, C.J. Procell; his mother, Patsy Procell; his sister, Krystal Procell Delacruz; and his brother, Steve Procell.

He leaves behind a loving family who will carry his memory forward: his nieces, Stephanie Mitchell and her husband, Jeffery, Megan Hendrix and her husband, Robbie, and Brandy Elliott and her husband, John; his nephew, Tony Procell and his wife, Kristen; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stevan, Kameryn, and Preslee Brigmon, Bayla, Jonah, Hayven, Tripp, and Romans Procell, Jesse Freeman, David and Wade Elliott. As well as aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home, 848 Keyser Ave, Natchitoches, Louisiana 71457. Funeral services will be held there on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM with Matthew Pagels officiating.  Burial will follow at Beulah Methodist Cemetery in Marthaville, LA.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Steven Brigmon, Jesse Freeman, Jason Moore, Tony Procell, Robbie Hendrix, Charlie Solice, Gregory Carrizal, and Brandon West, Jr.

Jeremy Wayne Procell will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
