Jeral Lee Teague, Sr.

Jeral “Jerry” Teague passed away on Tuesday, July 29.He was born August 12, 1958 in Hartford, Kentucky to mother, Lottie Mable Teague and father, Curtis Augustus Teague.

After graduating from Natchitoches Central High School, Jerry started his career as a mechanic for John Deere. For over 20 years, he serviced the Natchitoches farming community. Jerry enjoyed fishing, hunting and playing his guitar. He also had a knack for building unique equipment and tools for his personal use. He could often be seen sitting on his front porch watching traffic, grilling out or fishing in the river he loved.

Jerry was proceeded in death by both his parents as well as siblings, Ed, Sylvia, Doug and Terry. He leaves behind sisters Sherry and Marsha, children Rusty and Jennifer and 2 grandchildren.

As were his wishes, his ashes were spread privately.
