Ida Nell Beaudion

Ida Nell Beaudion, 68, journeyed to heaven on March 29, 2024. Born on October 17, 1955, in Derry, La. to the late Raymond and Irma Rachal the sixth of seven children. At the age of 17 she married the love of her life Frank Beaudion. To their union four children were born.

Throughout her life she dedicated herself to her work as a housekeeper forming lifelong bonds and connections with all the families she worked for. She later went to work for Bank of Montgomery in 1996 from which she retired. In her spare time, she enjoyed decorating and crafting floral arrangements but above all, her heart belonged to her cherished moments spent with family and loved ones.

A woman of unwavering faith and profound convictions. Ida Nell was a devoted Catholic with strong faith, morals and values. She believed in praying, reciting rosaries and attending mass. She was a devoted member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Ida Nell served as a eucharistic minister, Vice President of Alter Society, and a passionate catechism teacher. Her commitment extended to adorning the church's altar for holidays and contributing to the success of the annual church fairs.

Ida Nell was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Irma Rachal; son, Frankie; granddaughter, Megan, Father in Laws, Frank Beaudion Sr and John Coutee, brother-in-law, Larry and sister-in-law, Dorothy.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and many memories to be cherished by her devoted husband Frank, and their four daughters: Shanell (Greg), Jackie, Shelby (Jamar) and Melissa. Her life was blessed with seven grandchildren Darius Sr., Jayden, Caiden, Jonah, Julianna, Riley, one on the way and one great grandson Darius Jr. Also left to cherish her memories are her six siblings Melanie (Peanut), Erna Mae (Willie), Daisy (Jimmy), Cora (James), Raymond Jr., Janet, mother-in-law, Theresa Coutee, brother in laws, Michael (Annie), Nathan (Gwen), Lester, Ricky (Carolyn), sister in laws, Shirley, and Terry. along with many nieces, nephews, family, and a host of friends.
