Services for Gladys Linder will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Clearlake Cemetery near Goldonna, LA.  Friends are invited to visit with the family from 9 am until 10 am at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home before a procession to the cemetery.

Glady, age 93, passed away at 10:50 pm on June 20, 2026.

Gladys graduated from Goldonna High School in 1951 and from Northwestern State University in 1955.  Being a high school math teacher consumed much of her life until retirement.  An excellent teacher, she loved her students and often went above the classroom by sponsoring them at ball games, proms, yearbook, and many Friday night gatherings at her home.

Survivors include one sister, Bonnie Spear; one daughter, Brenda Kay White; three grandchildren, Steven White, Kevin White and Tammy Sangster; four great grandchildren, Roman White, Archer White, Liam Sangster, and Connor Sangster; and one niece, Debbie Shultz.  Two sons preceded her in death, Tommy Ray Pitts and Walter Enoch Pitts.
