Geraldine Neitte
Clark
Apr 20, 1958 — Jul 26, 2026
Geraldine Neitte Clark, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away on July 26, 2026, in Natchitoches, Louisiana, with her family by her side. Born on April 20, 1958, in Natchitoches, Louisiana, Geraldine’s life was a testament to warmth, grace, and dedication to those she cherished.
Throughout her life, Geraldine cultivated lasting relationships within her family and community. She was united in marriage to Jerry Clark on April 26, 2003, who survives her and mourns the loss of his devoted wife. Together, they built a life grounded in love and mutual respect. Geraldine’s legacy continues through her children, J.D. Nobles and Jessica Nobles, and her grandchildren—Emmett Nobles and fiancé Kirsten Knobloch and her family that was a huge support for Geraldine, Shelby DeDon, and Ava Nobles all of Natchitoches. They will forever remember her for the care, wisdom, and unwavering support she offered at every turn.
Geraldine also shared close bonds with her sisters, Marie LaCaze and her husband Clyde of Natcitoches and Doris Pailet of Winnfield, LA. Her extended family included her mother-in-law, Dell Clark, and her brother-in-law, Melvin Clark both of Natchitoches. Her very special friendship with Ashley Edwards brought additional joy to her life.
Geraldine was predeceased by her father, Earl E. Neitte, and her mother, Emily Curtis Neitte, whose values and love helped shape the woman she became. She was also preceded in death by her brothers-in-law, Clyde Clark and Billy Clark and his wife Jean Clark.
Geraldine’s character and work ethic were evident in her long and respected career in the local restaurant industry. She was well known as a waitress at some of Natchitoches’ cherished establishments, including Lasyone's and Trail Boss, where her kindness and attention to detail made her a favorite among patrons. She also worked at Buddy's Grocery, always engaging those she met with a smile and genuine care.
Those who knew Geraldine will fondly recall her cultivated sense of style; she would always dress to the nines for any special occasion, embracing life’s celebrations with grace and elegance.
Though her absence leaves a deep void, Geraldine Neitte Clark’s spirit endures in the lives she touched and the memories cherished by her family and friends. Her love, integrity, and devotion will remain an inspiration to all who knew her.
A time to gather and reflect on her life will be held from 5 pm until 8 pm on Saturday, August 1, 2026 at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Words of comfort will be delivered by Jamey Robertson at 7 pm in the funeral home chapel. In honoring her wishes to be cremated, an urn burial, next to her parents, will be held at a later date.
