Debra Kay Pardee

A service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Debra Kay Pardee will be at 11 am on Saturday, May 18, 2019, at Creston Baptist Church in Creston, LA with Bro. Truman Leach officiating.  Debbie, 62 years of age and a resident of Black Lake, LA, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at her home with her family by her side.  She was born on January 3, 1957, to Eugene Victor Matthews and Eddie Clandine Williams Matthews in Austin, TX.  She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, David Wayne Matthews.  She is survived by her husband, Clement Pardee; children, Brandy Rupert and husband Richard, Saunya Hill and husband Mitch, and Richard Thorton and wife Misti; her sibling, Rusty Matthews.  She was blessed with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren that she dearly loved. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations are made in Debbie’s name to the Domestic Abuse Resistance Team (DART) c/o Stacy Rachal, 301 West Main Street, Winnfield, LA 71483.
