Connie Rena Jacobs

 Funeral Services Connie Rena Jacobs of Natchitoches will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Old Pisgah Baptist Church in Marthaville. Burial will follow in Spring Ridge Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the church.

              Connie passed away on Monday, March 18, 2024, in Shreveport. She was born on October 31, 1964, in Zwolle, LA to her parents Joe Cecil Jacobs Sr. and Dorothy Ann Hayes Jacobs. She is preceded in death by her father Joe Cecil Jacobs Sr and nephew Christopher Allen Jacobs. Connie was loved by many, and she cherished her grandkids. She also loved to shop; gardening was also one of her favorite hobbies. Connie was a great shot with a pellet gun as well, the creatures in the bayou was no match for her.

Left to cherish her memory is her son Michael Shawn Jacobs Sr (Kayla); mother Dorothy Murphy; stepmother Barbara Jacobs; sister Glenda Jacobs (Robert); brothers Danny Jacobs (Rose), Joe Cecil Jacobs Jr (Callie), and Brad Jacobs; grandchildren William Robertson, Michael Shawn Jacobs Jr., MaKenzie Jacobs, Tra’ Miyah Vaughn, and Kaedyn Vaughn; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
