Charles was not only devoted to his family but was also an active and dedicated member of multiple organizations involving St. Augustine Catholic Church, the Diocese of Alexandria, Natchitoches community services, Holy Sepulcher, and Sisters of Divine Providence. His faith and commitment to service were evident in all aspects of his life.
