Asher Lee Wade

Asher entered this world on Sept 22, 2023 at 12:36 in the afternoon to his parents, Ann and Ellen Wade. God wasn’t ready to let go of the precious Angel and took him Home on Sept 29, 2023.  Services will be held Friday, Oct. 6, 2023 at 5 o’clock in the evening. Visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 5, 2023 from 5pm to 8pm .

Although his time on Earth was short, Asher touched the hearts of many. To look at his beautiful face was as if looking at a perfect Angel and gift from above. The knowledge of him having nothing but love and family awaiting him is the peace we hold close. Fly high baby boy, Mama and Mommy love you and will see you again. 

He is survived by his loving parents, Ann Marie Wade (Mama) and Ellen Ashley White Wade (Mommy). Grandparents Craig and Brenda Wade, Trudy White, John and Ann White. Great grandparents Betty Wade, Willie Lewis, and Leona Loupe. Godmother, Hannah Broadway. He was also survived by his aunts and uncles, Brandi and Peyton Carter, Margaret and Scott Sanders, Adam and Sarah Lofton, James Wade, Katie and Brad Plym, Kevin White, and Donivan Vance. Special people Sarah Lewis, Clint and Katie Powell, and Andriane Woods. Also, a host of loving cousins, great aunts and uncles, and amazing friends. The family holding his hand include great grandparents Larry Wade, Mary Lou Lewis, Kermit Loupe, Billy and Mollie White. 

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are his Paps, Craig Wade, and his Papaw, John White. Honorary pallbearers are Clint Powell, Peyton Carter, Adam Lofton, and Kevin White. 

During this difficult time, his parents would like to thank everyone that prayed for and loved baby Asher Lee. Also, a heartfelt thank you to the amazing medical teams at Rapides Women and Children’s Hospital and NICU team. The compassion felt during his time here will forever be unmatched.
