Alton "Leo" Friday

Mr. Alton “Leo” Friday, 86 of Natchitoches, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. Born Sunday, March 14, 1937. 

The family will receive friends 5-8PM, at Blanchard St-Denis, Saturday, September 23, 2023. Family is welcome to arrive at 4 PM. Funeral Services will take place 10 AM at Blanchard St Denis, Sunday, September 24, 2023, with Pastor Allen officiating. Interment to follow at St. Maurice Cemetery to his resting place. 

Leo worked 40 years for Valley Electric where he later retired from. He lived a life of retirement those dream of. Fishing and hunting were two things he loved doing! Hosting family and friends for dinner any night of the week is where you could find him. He was a church member of Oasis of Love in Natchitoches. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elbert & Nancy Friday; stepson Scott Allen; stepdaughter Lori Bernard.

Those left to cherish his memory include his son, Jerrad Friday & stepson Michael Allen; granddaughters, Marlee Friday & Samantha Warner and husband Hayden; great grandsons, Gage & Walker Warner; sister Gloria Jean Avant and husband J.C., and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
