Agnes Mitcham

Agnes Culpepper Mitcham passed away peacefully on November 8, 2023 in Lewisville, TX.

She was born on July 23, 1933 to Louis and Lucille Roge' Culpepper.  Agnes was an X- ray tech at Charity Hospital, now Oschner LSU,  in Shreveport.  After returning to Natchitoches, she was employed at the Natchitoches Parish Hospital,

She is survived by her children, Alfred Jardes Jr. of Swindon, England (UK), Cynthia Maggio and husband Ralph of Robeline, LA, Paula Sarine and husband Dennis of Lewisville, TX. One brother Joe Culpepper and wife Gail of Natchez, LA. She is survived by two grandchildren Alecia Arnold and husband Jonathan and Ashley McGee and two great grandchildren Jayce Suited and Weston McGee.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers Major (Ret.) C. L. Culpepper and George Culpepper and grandmother Mattie Culpepper.

Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 17, at Blanchard-St. Denis from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. with a funeral service at 11 a.m.  Interment will follow at the Catholic Cemetery.
