Funeral Services for Asuncion Francis Marable will be held Tuesday August 8, 2006 at 2 P.M. at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home Chapel in Natchitoches, LA. with Rev. Ron Thompson. Visitation will be Monday August 7, 2006 from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M. at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Strange Cemetery in Readhimer, LA. Mrs. Marable, age 87, of Natchitoches, La., died Sunday, August 6, 2006, at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center in Natchitoches, La. She was a native of Panama City, Panama and was a homemaker. She is survived by her one son, Asa Barley and wife Linda of New Albany, MS. ; two sisters, Dora Pace of Silver Spring, MD. and Martha Perez of Miami, Fla. ; three grandchildren, Shannon Barley, Jennifer Grewe ,Kristie Drouge and husband David. ; three great grandchildren, Christopher Barley, Katie Barley and Hunter Grewe ; one niece, Lupe Schmitz of Seattle, WA.
