Bill Giddens, Jr

A graveside service for William Henry Giddens, Jr. will be at 2 pm Saturday, October 21, 2017, at Montgomery Cemetery in Montgomery, LA. Services will be conducted by Bro. Butch Rogers and Bro. Jerry Wood. Billy Giddens, 48 years of age and a resident of Natchitoches, passed away Wednesday, October 18, 2017, in Natchitoches. He was born on November 19, 1968, in Natchitoches. Billy attended St. Mary’s Catholic School in Natchitoches and was a graduate of Atlanta High School in Atlanta, LA. He proudly served in the United States Navy and was stationed in Italy for over two years. A welder by trade, he was a very hard worker. He loved fishing, hunting, and being a true Louisiana outdoorsman. He will be dearly missed but always remembered as a loving father and son. He is survived by his daughter, Lauren Louise Giddens; mother, Marjorie Clemons and husband Buddy; father, William Henry Giddens, Sr. and Liz Miller; sister, Lisa Giddens Bryant and husband Grant; a niece, Lauren Ashley Bryant; as well as life-long friends, Richard Powell, Chris Vienne and Mark Vienne.
