Funeral service for Mrs. Alice Tynes will be at 10 am Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery in the Oak Grove Community of Natchitoches, LA. Visitation will be from 8:30 am until the time of service on September 3rd at Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home. Mrs. Tynes, 77 years of age and a long-time resident of Natchitoches, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016. She was born December 4, 1938 to Joe and Vesta McChristian Pullig in Saline, LA. She was a loving mother and will be dearly missed by her son, Barry Joseph Tynes.
