A service to honor the life of Billy Dean “Ro-Ho” Coleman will be 11 am Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at Provencal United Pentecostal Church with Pastor Paul Grace and Freddy Sparks officiating. The family will receive friends from 4 pm until 9 pm on Monday, October 8, 2012 at the church.
Mr. Coleman, 69 years of age and a resident of Provencal, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2012 at the Courtyard in Natchitoches. Billy, better known as Ro-Ho, was a mobile home transporter for over 30 years. He provided transportation both locally and across the nation. He was a hard worker and a great provider for his family.
He is survived by his wife Donna (Dale) Coleman; daughters, Chenell Coleman Henagan and her husband Paul and Shontell Coleman Hailey and her husband Ben; son, Gregg Coleman and his wife Lesley; six grandchildren, Lance Coleman, Gabriel Coleman, Raven Hailey, Alexis Hailey, Bria Henagan, and Eden Hailey; sisters, Judy Carnline and Boo-Boo Cagle; brothers, Wayne Cagel and Shane Coleman; step-mother, Dorothy Coleman; step-brothers, James Sims and Curtis Sims; step-sister, June Schaan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ellis Coleman; mother, Clara Cagle; step-father, Vernon Cagle; step-mother, Macie Coleman; twin sister, Bobby Jean Coleman; sister, Patsy Coleman McCallister; brothers, Ellis Lee Coleman, Sr., and Daynne Cagle; and a step-brother, Tony Sims.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers include Doyle Bynog, Billy Clark, Kenny Jordan, John Phillips, David Rushing, and Darryl Brian.
The family would like to express their thanks to Dr. John Hogg and the staff at the Courtyard of Natchitoches for their loving care of Billy. They would also like to thank their friends and family for their prayers and support during this time.
